Ok today was a good day. I had a lot of sleep and I have been eating A LOT the last few day. I weighted in @ 214.5 lb on an empty stomach. This brings my total weight gain up to 14 lbs in 3 weeks. This is what I did:
Squats: 2*10@ 135
1*20 @ 265
Pull overs: 1*20 @ 30 (I did these on tuesday, but I forgot to write post it)
Stiff leg: 2*10 @ 135
Calves: 3*10 @ 450
Pull ups: 5*3 @ body weight
Way to stick with it.

yah...people were looking at me like WTF are you doing. And the people around me were startled by the loud boom. But i try to place the power rack spotter high enough just to make sure this does not happen.
